Hi, if there is content you wish to host, but not let people copy it, you have to use some sort of document (for download) with DRM in it.
I know PDF with plugins have this (like if you buy something from SAE). They will be locked to the IP of that computer and you can print only two times or so.
Of course, one can print-screen it too, or maybe hack it out by printing it to a new PDF (third party pdf-printer maybe)?.
The morality is: If it is on the internet, _someone_ will steal it, even though it's just some nonfancy icons for web or a nice recipy for cake.
They however cant see your server-side coding, so what they do steal, will be static. You could always watermark images and such, but people can crop images, etc. It's not really hard to do and I guess it's very hard to get compansation for the theft (especially if it's international).
