Look in the License and Options Selection form. Depending on your software release you may need to look in System Capacity to see how many are available.
there is no easy method , you can have licenses for 20 active agents and can now program as many as you like.
the first 20 can login the next one tp try will be rejected.
there is no how many are in use , the question has to go to the call centre supervisor and be - how many simultaneous do you want to be able to login
gets more confusing if you add Micc because those are allocated and not in a pool
on those sites we normally make sure everone has a license that has a reporting license (or above)in the MiCC
perhaps one day , the licensing structure with be uniform across all the platforms and follow the same methodology
