Greetings all,

Long time reader, first time writer. :)

Looking to see if anyone ahs a quick / clean way to implement load balancing on inbound TDM calls into a dual production environment speech-recognition system?

Quick overview - new project of speech-enabling one of our large call center up-front prompting piece. Back end will have two production environments for redundancy, each with 72 ports. Would like to setup each as skills for CMS measuring purposes (no problem there - can do that with AAS) but how can we route incoming calls to alternate between each environment?

Non-skill hunt group with DS1-FD stations entered into the form in alternating order? ;) There has to be a cleaner way than that hopefully.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated - please and thanks!

hi
there is'nt really what you could do give every 72 ports seperate skill groups and queu the calls via a vdn /vector with the skill being named on the vdn this will allow you to take out 72 ports for maintenance for example

there is no % percentage routing possible in the vector you can juggle with (dependingon CM release ) with global variables but that makes it very complex
