Is there a way to link Access to Outlook through ODBC or whatever, so that every time when there is a new record entered or modified, the content in the Access database is automatically synchronized?
I downloaded a component for linking Access to Outlook because I have Access 97. But if you have a newer version you should be able to:
Click on File --> Get External Data --> Link Tables.
In the Link-screen, select 'Exchange()' or 'Outlook()'.
You will see all the public folders on your Outlook Exchange server.
Hope this helps.

"No this. No that. No this or that. Oh boy, what do you want?"
In linking to a task folder, is there a way to get all of the fields from a specified task folder? (at least instead of the 4 or 5 fields that are inserted into the Access table)
Good question! I have the same problem with Contact info, such as the Category field not appearing. I have not figured out how to solve that problem yet. Hopefully, someone can answer.
