How would I keep unwanted users from joining our resource domain from a different group. Everytime the system is removed from Server manager it reappears at a later date. The system keeps coming up in server manager as Windows nt5 workstation. WE ARE TRYING TO BLOCK THEM OFF COMPLETLY.

Is this an NT machine?

Sounds like someone has the admin password or rights.

If that user only had user rights, they wouldnt be able to join your domain.

I'm not for sure if this will work for you since I dont have all the info.

It sounds like there is a trust relationship between the two domains. If you are wanting to disable everyone from that domain from connecting to your resource domain, get rid of the trust relationship. Or, at the minimum...make it a one-way trust (Other domain trusting Resource Domain).

KJONNNN is correct. Check the users rights on the workstation. Maybe they are joining the domain from there. If you go into Network places and network ID you can join a domain if you have administrative rights on that workstation and know the admin username and password for the domain. Try Changing the administrator password on the resource domain server. Let us know. This sounds interesting.
