Not that I know of. You can do a normal find with F2. After that if you want to find next F2+Shift will do it. A previous find is F2+Alt on the standard wp10 keyboard.
Of course you could always edit the keyboard and add macros that find by a letter easy enough. Just record one and then modify it for each letter. Alt plus the letter is free for macro assignment.
