How to interconnect IPS with a cloud PBX

Some sort of SBC such as an Adtran that would take a PRI circuit from IPS and convert to SIP for the cloud might do want you want. We have telco SIP trunks but since we had PRI circuit cards we had the provider install an ADTRAN 908 that converts to PRI so we did not have to purchase any equipment and get the cost savings of SIP service.

You are stretching with an IPS, have you got any Sip licensing on the IPS? If not, you can get ISDN to Sip gateways as 3racefan3 suggests. Otherwise it is a case of buy a new system unfortunately. That said, there was a person on this site that could cut licenses independent of NEC, you could try asking around!
