Installing Microsoft Systems Management Server entails a complex answer. If this is what you're really asking then you'll need to provide a description of your environment. You could give _Microsoft Systems Managent Server Administrators Guide_ a read too.
1) Have both SMS 2.0 and SQL 7.0 or 2000 CD-s. Insert the SMS 2.0 CD. The SMS installation menu should automatically display. Choose, install Primary SMS site. It will ask for a few pieces of information. Like the 3 character site code, the primary site description, the installation path, the number of nodes on your network. Then it will ask if you want to install a new dedicated SQL server or connect to an existing SQL database.
2) Choose dedicated SQL server. It will ask for SQL CD and then it will ask for SQL license code.
3) Configure SMS site settings (This is where you'll really need to know what you are doing. Take the above post suggestions to learn more about SMS.
