How to imbed a rollover button from Fireworks

Hi, I use Fireworks 8 for graphics and Frontpage 2003 for web development. Although I'm a bit of a novice, I've been using these tools fairly effectively.

My question ... I created a rollover button in Fireworks and exported it as an HTM file. However, I do not know how to bring it into my website. I tried 'include' but that didn't work.

Anyone have an idea how to do this?
