How to identify 'Coverage' (c1-c1000) in Coverage Paths (Definity)

Simply put, I'm trying to figure out what's going on with a station here, and in checking the coverage path, I'm seeing that it's got Point 2 as c1, and Point 3 as c2.

That's where I get lost. What does this c1 or c2 mean? Where are the values of these entries defined?
