How to hide a mailbox /remove a user from GAL 2

Hello
How can i hide a mailbox or just hide the address of a particular person from global address list.

In Active Directory Users and Computers, make certain you have Advanced Features selected under the View menu. You'll then have access to the "Hide from Exchange address lists" check box available under the Exchange Advanced tab for the user object.

Open up ADUC, select Advanced from the View option, then navigate to the user, go to their Properties Page and you'll see Exchange Advanced. Little check box their to hide from list.
