I have recently installed windows 2003 standard server as domain controller. I have added users to this domain. Some of the users are getting "You don't have admin privelege" when they are trying to change time or installing programs such as anti-virus or ones that require admin privelege. How do I assign the above permission to the user ?

Thanks.

The *easiest* way would be to add the Domain User group to the local Power Users group, but they will be allowed to update other settigns and also install miscellaneous software that you probably don't want on the network.

Changing the time is something you can assign via GPO. If they need to be admins, the only way to do that would be to add them to the local admins group
