How to get Switchboard from SM to Forms

I have used the Switchboard Manager to set up user menus.
However it is not in the Forms section. I need to get it to the forms section so I can import the updates to my users database. Does anyone know how to do this? Or is there another way to import from Switchboard Manager directly?

There are two aspects to a switchboard, the form itself and the Switchboard table, which stores all of the data.

I don't quite understand what you want to do "Import the forms section" - is this related to the layout of your database.
