I have a new G450 and need to get a folder of announcement recordings to it. How do I do that? Thanks

I currently use WinSCP to backup and restore announcements to VAL boards so I am hoping I can use it on the G450 also.

use ftp to ip_address \annc folder
copy .wav files to the board v9

Command: enable announcement-board xv9 (x = media-gateway number)
Command: list conf media-gateway x
Command: list directory /annc board xv9 (shows .wav files on board v9 of mg = x)

Code:
185V9 MG-ANNOUNCEMENT VMM-ANN u u u u u u u u
                                                     u u u u u u u u
                                                     u u u u u u u u
                                                     u u u u u u 31 u

                                                     u u u u u u u u

Do I need to enable filexfer on 001v9? If so when I login to the ipaddress of the G450 do I use the root password or the login and password that I entered in "enable filex"?

use the 'enable filexfer' login and password

You can also use Announcement Access Code: xxx (display feature-access-codes) to record an announcement extension assigned to 1v9

Thanks AvayaTier3. I was able to get the recordings moved except about 8 then I got an error that said: "Copying files to remote side failed. S_dosFsLib_DISK_FULL"

Did I run out of room on the G450 announcement board?
