I wanted to see if someone had some ideas on how to get multiple calls on a phone when the lines do not appear on the phone. I have them set up in a hunt group but only one call per phone can be answered. Any ideas? This is a 3.6 system. Thanks.

put more intercom keys on the set

set your hunt group to broadcast, queue.
take the DND in Capabilites off. this allows multiple calls.

Now when a call rings the hunt group all Members phones will ring,
When the call is answered then the next call will ring the phone,

We have 3 intercom buttons on the phones now but only one call rings the phone at a time. We do have multiple people in the hunt group and they all get the same ONE call. We have teh hunt group set up to broadcast, I will try taking the DND off. Thanks!

That is the way a Hunt Group works ,It is a cheep ACD.
You just need to assign them to the phones as RING ONLY Then they will ring thru the IC keys.

You already have 1 hunt group built. You could build 2 more hunt groups and put the same members in each group. Set them all to broadcast and make it queue or overflow short for like 2 or 3 rings from the 1st HG to the 2nd to the 3rd then make the 3rd overflow to the 1st. This allows the lines to ring all idle phones the first 2 rings but then all the phones after the 3rd ring.

The only thing with a hunt group is the AA or VM wont pick up. It does not follow the forward no answer nor the AA.

If you want each phone to be able to receive calls when they're already on a call, remove the lines from the HG and assign multiple ring only appearances of each line to each phone. If you have 3 intercom keys, then assign three instances of ring only for each line. Make sure you're not forwarding anywhere on busy, otherwise no one will get calls when anyone is on the phone. And turn off DND on busy as suggested.
