How to get mail from single catchall POP3 account and distribute

Hi
Could anybody tell me the names of any good (commercial or freeware) POP3 mail distribution apps (if this is the correct term!)
I need something that can take mail from the catchall POP3 account and distribute it locally according to the name it was sent to.
Other features that would be useful are processing outgoing mail to re-route if it is local and spam/content filtering.

I know this isn't exactly an exchange question but this is the closest category I could find.
