how to get CDR over IP

I need to get the CDR information to a server that contains an accounting software, which is configured to get the data through the server IP address

Hello,

you can take a look to what is configured:

display ip-services

You basically route it out over the C-LAN card. Then you will also have to set it up in the "ch sys cdr" screen.

Try this


1. Change node-names ip (Add the IP and node names of CLAN)
2. Change ip-services (Add node name and port number default is 9000)
3. Change System-Parameters CDR (Add the node name to the primary output)
4. Go back to Change ip-services (go to page 3 and enable cdr)
5. Install Avaya RDT Tool available at support.avaya.com
