How to generate a list of all active connections in entire farm

Hi,

My client wants to receive a list of active sessions in our XP FR3 farm. I know I can export a list using the 'QUERY SESSION /SERVER' command but I would like to generate a similar list of the entire farm. Is this possible or do I have to make a script myself???
