How to forward a 5410 phone

Hello,
I know very little about Avaya IP Office. I do have access to Avaya IP Office Manager and the phone is set to "Forward: Unconditional" under the Forward tab. Under the short codes tab it has one line. "Codes:FWD0", "Telephone Number: 94692581234=94692581234", "Feature: Forward Number", "Line Group ID: 0"

He wants to forward his phone to a cell phone.

According to the instructions I found, to forward you enter: "*07*94692581234#". I've given these instructions to the user and he says they don't work.

What am I missing?

*07*N# is to set the number
to turn forward uncoditional on you need to dail *01
*02 is to turn it of

but better is to give him a button

go to user > button programming > emulation >call forwarding all

he can set a number and turn it on and off with one button

I've programmed the key. Does the user just press it, enter the phone number and press again to set the phone to call forward?

(Then press it again to take it back off of forward?)

it is much easyer to forward
