I know very little about Avaya IP Office. I do have access to Avaya IP Office Manager and the phone is set to "Forward: Unconditional" under the Forward tab. Under the short codes tab it has one line. "Codes:FWD0", "Telephone Number: 94692581234=94692581234", "Feature: Forward Number", "Line Group ID: 0"
He wants to forward his phone to a cell phone.
According to the instructions I found, to forward you enter: "*07*94692581234#". I've given these instructions to the user and he says they don't work.
What am I missing?
