how to force win2k in acpi mode to shuffle irqs

ive got 6 devices hogging irq20 and most irqs in the lower range are free.
-its an acpi install, so i cant force it.
-i dont feel like reinstalling
-the bios has no reset escd

any other ideas how to get win2k to redistribute irqs anew ?
