How to find prompt maintenance for each dept in Symposium

I'm really new to Symposium and pretty much got thrown into this with very little to no knowledge on how to track down stuff like this and it sure does not help with the last person not leaving any notes.

Its where all of voice que's reside in symposium I'm guessing.

Like the skillsets? Off the main menu - go to configuration and you will see phone sets and voice ports - the acquired tns
CDNs
Skillsets, etc

prompt maint is call pilot.. not symposium.. if you need passwords per dept, go to app builder, look under each app, the properties, security tab.. you can't see the pwd but you can change each one, one at a time..
