How to find out traffic volume?

Hi,

How can I find out traffic volume on PBX? How can I find out a trunk's capacity? Could someone please tell me step-by-step instruction?

Tough to give step by step. Traffic has it's own NTP even. Traffic is set up in LD 2 and a TTY has to be programmed to receive TRF.

Do you have OTM connected to your switch? Easier way to do it than LD 2. Less cumbersome also.

Only if you have the OTM traffic program.

You don't require OTM but in this case it does make it easier. The raw data takes some time to decipher.
