How to fill 'empty sells' with zeros???? 1

I am exporting a file from a "SAGE" Accounts application in an Excel format and then pasting it into a more complex excel sheet. On each occasion that the data is exported some of the rows of exported data contain blanks (not zeros, BLANKS, EMPTY CELLS), the range of empty cells is random and scattered in the column and could be different each time depending on the accounts. This means that the formulea in the excel sheet produce "#value", which is untidy.
Is there an easy way to fill the 'empty cells'with zeros to make the formulea act properly, or should I add an 'error checker' to the formulea.

Your thoughts would be appreciated.

Hi Tony,

To change your blanks to zeros, you can ..

Press F5
Select Special
Select Blanks
Press OK

Type 0
Press <Ctrl><Enter>

Tonyjstone, whilst Tony has given you the answer, did you think of trying the FAQs first?, only had you done so you would have come across faq68-4741 entitled:-

How to fill in the blanks in a list of data.
