ISO images are just exact copies of a source media. The source is usually a CD/DVD.
The normal process is to get a Burning application and have it burn the ISO image back onto a CD/DVD, the application should be able to expand the image and recreate the source onto The CD/DVD so you can access it normally.
Nero, Roxio, etc.. can do that.
Just use their Copy feature and point the source of the copy to the ISO file instead of a physical drive.
