How can I email from Access, reports or forms that have both text (records) and scanned JPGs (the Form behind the text)? I can email the scanned form as a JPG but then can't include the records. I can create the form in Access instead of scanning it and include the record information but then I can't include the original form with it's graphics.
There must be a way to do this but it eludes me. Suggestions are welcomed.
Thank you,
Jerry D.

Preview your report (or form). If the Mail Recipient (as Attachment) button is not shown on the toolbar, then add it by right clicking on the toolbar and selecting Customize. In the Customize Dialog window, select the tab labeled Commands. Then, under Categories, select File. On the right hand side (under Commands) scroll down until you see the Mail Recipient (as Attachment) icon. Then drag the icon onto your toolbar. Exit out of the dialog box, then select the Mail Recipient (as Attachment) icon on your toolbar and select Snapshot format. Then mail the attachment to who you want.
