How to edit Right Click Menus for icons in MS Office Shrtcut Toolbar

I have a Win 98SE & Office 2000. I installed a tweaking utility which affected my MS Office Shortcut Toolbar (I uninstalled it later). When I single click the icons, say WINWORD, a display appear requesting me to select what program will be use to open. When I right click it, I can see that OPEN WITH is in the first menu and OPEN is in the second. It seem this has some bearing why it does not open in single click. How do I remove the OPEN WITH in the right click menu. Clicking the OPEN opens the, say, Word correctly.
