How do I edit a local computers group policy (I want to enable offer remote assistance), without going to each XP Pro computer and locally setting up this policy?

Open AD USers & Computers.Make a new Organizatinal Unit.Put all your XP workstations under it.Right click it, Go to its properties-->Group POlicy-->New-->Edit.Once you've opened the appropriate GPO, select Computer Configuration | Windows Settings | Security Settings | Local Policy . A+, MCP, CCNA
