How to Dump someones voicemails and limit them?? 1

We have someone who keeps a lot of voicmails they currently have 254 new messages (as per Phone Manager). I've been asked to either dump all their voicemails and possibly limit so they can only have 40-50 messages.

I've looked through the VoiceMail Pro Client -> Users and it shows me the users mail box has 219.963MB of messages 499 New.

1. Can I dump his messages remotely? or do I have to get into the phone and manually dump them one by one?

2. Can I limit how many messages this user can maintain?

PS: I.P. Office 5.0 (22) with Voice Mail Pro.

I changed the users voicemail password, I deleted all the messages except for the last 2 days, which is how long he has been off work.

I'm going to wait and see how long it takes before he tells me he cant access his voicemail. I bet it he wont notice.

Enbedded file management and delete the files that way? Never tried it myself

Andy, you can't.
The files are read only and cannot be deleted this way.

amriddle - for me I tried that but the option to delete is greyed out on this site, although I swear I have used that option previously.

Perhaps if you rename the user so those files are orphaned, is it still greyed out....probably
