How to do the "Code" thing in this forum? 1

Ok, I love this place, and although you don't see me post a lot, doesn't mean I don't come here often. In fact, I'm here every day. I don't post a lot because I feel I am still a beginner and am not up to the challenge of answering many people's questions. Having said that, I'm probably going to change my tune.

So, knowing that I hope I will be posting here more, I need to know something. How do you all get those Code windows?
