How to do not print name in message header

Hi, is there a way to remove the "user-name" (header) when printing an e-mail message from Microsoft Outlook 2000/XP/2003?

No, but you can work around it, in the message, press Ctrl-A (Select All) and copy and paste it in a Word or Notepad doc, print that.
