How to discover keycodes?

Is there a way to discover PRI keycodes on a system that you took over the maitenance on? Same question for voice mail as well (NAM)

finding the original paperwork, nam also
Thru an authorized partner, NT can look it up

NAM can backup the SEKUR file

First, find the serial number. Nortel records key codes by the KSU's serial number. then call 1-800-4Nortel
