How to disable wake up system

I work in a hotel and we want to disable the wake up system for one night, then turn it back on, so when the guest hits the button on the phone (not sure what numbner this is programmed to) it will reroute them to the operator.

Any ideas?

I have found the extension that the phones point to which is an acdn.

Why?

We have two groups that do not like each other in house, One group requested a recorded wakeup call to 330 of our 615 rooms. We do not want the other group to hear it. What we planned on doing was turning wakeup off, fielding all calls in the call center. The manually entering the 330 rooms to get wake up calls fro mthe recorded greeting then manually calling the other 100-200 rooms with a live wakeup call.
