Hi everybody!

I have never run into this before. My client has 20 static routed PC's and servers. They have an LMHOST table for those 20. Now they need more addresses added but any added address is not recognized. I have #'d the LMHOST table, and disabled LMHOST lookup under WINS. I am trying to get this network stable before enabling DHCP. Another problem is that whoever was here before me set every PC up with a public address.

Thanks!

With only 20 users, just rename lmhosts table (In case you need it later), and once DHCP is turned on, the public ip address shouldn't be a problem. Good luck.
