How to dial dialup connection at startup?

I have a win2k Server installed with a dialup connection. Is there any way that my PC can automatically dial my ISP as a service or at OS startup, without logging in that SERVER?

What i am doing is logging in my server then dialing up my ISP and then Internet is available to users.
