How to determine how far a MAC or ARP entry is in it's aging time.

Does anyone know of a way to determine how far into the aging period an entry is for mac table entries in a switch, or arp entries in an MSFC?

Right now I have the arp time-out value set to 270 seconds, and mac aging time set to 300 seconds. I am trying to determine how far into the time values a given entry is.
