Customer has question about deleting numerous voicemails such as deleting the user account, I know voicemail pro can do this but can this be done in embedded file management for ip office basic edition using intuity mode. User has a system running 9.1.7, thanks and any help would be appreciated

There is a separate forum for muppet mode, i have done one once and upgraded to standard mode within five days.
And I think the majority of the users here have no experience with basic mode.
