how to delete the attachment in MS Outlook? 1

I want to back up my emails, but attachments are so large. How can I only delete the attachment of a email without deleting the whole email? Thank you very much!

BTW, Does anyone know some other way for free. I think it is just a small problem, and do not want to pay it for $24.95. Is there a free software? I just want the deletion of the attachment, no need for management. Thank you!
