How to Delete NoUser 2

Ok, this is an odd one...

One of our customers decided to change the name of an old phone on their own, well they changed the name of an extension to NoUser. It is exactly like the real NoUser and is giving me an error. I have done everything I can do try and delete it, but it always comes back once I pull a new config. It wont let me change the Name, jsut the Full Name. The Name field is grayed out just like the real NoUser is. There is an extension number assigned to the user and I even tried deleting and changing that and nothing.

Any ideas on how to get rid of this extra NoUser.

Export config as CSV delete the user then re import the config

Indeed but i would try to export the users first and then delete all users and then import it back in without that extra NoUser.
