How to Customize OWA ? 1

anyone have info on how to customize OWA
like:

1. main logon screen w/ logo etc...
2. how to ensure users have to login/authenticate(username/password) before logging

is there a way to check logins/logoffs ??
i need to see who is using owa and if they are
logging off properly or leaving a "ghost session" running.
