How to create TLB File (Tye Library)

I have a two component created in OCX and DLL project. I want to make a TLB (type library) file with this two project combined. How do i have to create TLB so that this file will be used as reference to my application. Please Help.

Good is not better if not than best...

Why do you want a TLB? You shouldn't need one for OCXs and DLLs created in VB
