How to create Run-Time Self-Executables in Access 2.0?

I don't know that there is any source for buying the Developer Edition of any of the old versions of Access. Not that there are no problems with Access 2000, but you can buy the Developer Edition. This contains the tools you need to create royalty-free runtime editions of Acess Applications. I'm aware of no other way.
