How to create Outline Heading 0 style, Word 2003

I would like to keep the existing headings in Word as they are but add one higher heading I want to call it Heading 0.
I want it to appear in the outline view above Heading 1.
Is this possible?
How?

I do not think this is possible. I also have no idea why you would want to do it. Care to elaborate?
