HOW TO CREATE NEW TASK???

I’m new to the Microsoft project central server 2000. I’ve managed to crack it and I’ve installed it on our file server. I’ve set up the users and their passwords and so far, nobody has any problems at all.
However, I still can’t figure out how to post new project and how to send that to all users? Is there any sort of manual available which is going to help me on this one?
