How to create Key Disk?

Dear all,

Can anyone tell me how to create Key disk for software?
How it works?
Pls help.

Please clarify what you are trying to achieve (I think I know, but assumptions are often a bad thing...)

Key Disk is a security floppy disk. I want that everytime when user will execute the programe, it should ask for the key disk. Also some method to create it so that no one should be able to duplicate this disk.
