How to create BlackLists / WhiteLists

I just installed SpamKiller v2.1 for Exchange on my server (Windwos 2000 Server), which is also Running E-Policy Orchestrator 3.0.

How does one configure the BlackList / Whitelist for SpamLists. When I attempt to use the default URL listed in SpamKiller > Anti-Spam Settings, I receive a page cannot be displayed.

Can anybody point me in the right directions on this one?
