How to create and use Mapi Profile for mail alerts?

Hello,

I would like to receive mail alerts using the resource manager.
I set the service Resource Manager Mail and I installed the Outlook client on the server, so a mailbox has been set (using Microsoft Exchange) and works.
When I go in Resource Manager from the Management Console, in E-mail, I have the following error message: "Incorrectly configured Mail Service or MAPI Profile."
In "Selected Mapi Profile", I put in "Profile" the profile from Outlook, using the same name. In "User ID", I put my login and password from my outlook account.
In "Recipient Adresses", I put my email adress.

So when I click on "test", I have the following error message: "server:" (my citrix server) "descriiption: incorrectly configured Mail Service or MAPI Profile".

Can someone help me please?

I finally found the solution:
first the explanation is in the document "Resource_Manager_Guide.pdf" on Citrix site, page 43.
Second, the MAPI profile as requsted in Resource Manager is the Outlook Profile (and not the mail account as I made the mistake). By default: "Default Outlook Profile".
