how does one create a dll in visual studio.net?

Go to the project properties and select 'Class Library' as the output type

ok, so if I have compiled fortran code that needs to be in this shared library, how can I add it to the dll?

I am doing native methods so I have to create the shared dll library which integrates fortran.
