how to creare multiple directory shares ?

Hi There !

I have an Excel list with 2500 new directory shares.
My question is:
Does Microsoft have a tool to create
multiple directory shares and put a user with a right access or any other free 3rd part tool to create it or a vbscript ?

I know how to create multiple users using "csvde -i -f list.txt" but I don't know how to create multiple directory shares and their owners.


Example of the list:

share_name(directory) user(owner)
jdalton john dalton
kclair karen clair
etc...
