I need to be able to copy a user's sent items to another inbox or .pst file. I do not want to set up a rule because the user already knows that the company is keeping a close eye on them, and if they're familiar with Outlook enough they may see the rules. The user is currently deleted all the items out of her sent folder. Any ideas?

As this is posted in this forum, I assume you re using Exchange 2000 as the mail server.

In Active Directory User Exchange properties, use the forward to function chosing whichever box you wish to send a copy to, ticking the deliver to both boxes option - Sorry to be vague, I'm 20 miles from my server so this is from memory, but you get the idea..

Unless the naughty user has access to AD he won't be aware of the copy at all. Had to use this once for someone subscribing to inappropriate material, so I know it works.

Sorry...

Just read it again - didn't spot the sent items bit..

Been a long day....

That's ok, let me know if you can think of anything. Thanks.

Thanks for the link. Is there anything that is free out there?

Thanks, but I would hate to have to enable journaling on an entire mailbox store. Too bad you couldn't do this for just one particular mailbox.
