How to copy security workgroup permission to new mde

I have a database that has been run through the security wizard and is an mde. I go through an awful lot of steps to secure this database, but everytime i have to make changes to the front end i have to create a new mde which is a new access object and all permission have to be recreated! ugh... any suggestions or similiar situations?

Any help would be so soso appreciated!!!
